For **urgent** issues, please send a Google Chat message for immediate assistance. **High** priority tickets are expected to be addressed within 24 hours, while **normal** priority requests should receive a response within 48 hours. For **low** priority tickets, we aim to provide a response within 36 hours. This system helps us manage support effectively and ensures that critical issues are resolved promptly.
